All Wholesale Gifts offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service. Orders $2000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges in your shopping cart, 8% will be added to your merchandise total after check out.

UPS 2nd Day Air

Orders shipping UPS 2nd Day Air will be received in 3 - 4 business days including processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders shipping to AZ, CA, NV & UT usually arrive in four business days (including processing) via standard UPS Ground service and choosing UPS 2nd Day Air may be an unnecessary expense. Orders sub-totaling over $999.99 will not calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart, we will email you with your final order total before processing your order.

It may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional business days to appear in the UPS system.

Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. PT in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Orders sub-totaling under $74.99 will not calculate the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart; upon processing, your shipping charges will be adjusted to the correct rate as published in the rate table above. Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions, for a list of restricted products; please visit our product info page.

Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories

USPS Air Mail is available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. Orders sub-totaling over $410.00 will not calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart, we will email you with your final order total before processing your order. How to Order

Billing and shipping address must match the address on file with your credit card company or your order will be rejected. We reserve the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information promptly will result in order cancellation.

Online Orders

All purchase transactions take place on a secure server using 128-Bit Encryption protecting both your personal information and your credit card transaction. We will never sell, divulge, disseminate or give away any information submitted to this site to outside parties for any reason.

Credit Cards

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.



Your payment is secured when your order is received.

All Wholesale Gifts does not store your credit card information, you may find it helpful to use Yahoo Wallet or the form function of your favorite browser to fill in your address and payment information on repeat orders.

PayPal Orders

We accept PayPal for payment.

Checks

We accept checks which must be received within 10 business days of submitting your order. Checks MUST clear before we will ship your order (usually five business days). If you would like to pay for an order using a check, simply place your items in the shopping cart and fill out your ship to information only. Choose "Check" as your payment option and “Send Order”. Once your order is complete, print your order number on the check and mail with your payment to:

Faxed Orders

If you would like to pay for an order using your credit card, but would like to fax your credit card information in lieu of transmitting online, simply place your items in the shopping cart and fill out your ship to information only. Choose "Fax" as your payment option and “Send Order” Once your order is complete, please print the confirmation page, and fax toll free to: 1.866.669.6550. Do not forget to include your credit card number, expiration date and three digit security code on the back of your card.

International Orders

International orders (excluding Canada) may ship to US locations only - enter complete billing address by including Municipality, Province, Township, zip code, etc. in the street address 2 field. Please use your freight forwarders city, state and zip in the remaining fields. Your freight forwarders address must be on file with your credit card issuing bank as an authorized alternate shipping address or a credit card authorization form must be signed. International orders may not fax or email orders. To avoid processing delays, be sure to enter your credit card issuing bank’s phone number in the billing information phone field when checking out.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days, however, larger orders may take up to four business days for ready shipment.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders

We cannot cancel or adjust your order as we utilize automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Back Orders

All Wholesale Gifts does not accept back orders. If an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your modified order total promptly.

How to Return Orders

Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Returns. For the fastest service, please include your invoice number.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from receiving your order. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email Customer Service. Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned C.O.D..

DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.

Damage Claims

Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. To process your claim, please fill out a Damage Claim Form (pdf file), claims are processed within three business days.

Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.

All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
